Handicapped Condition Antidiscrimination in Employment Act - Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to include as an unlawful employment practice discrimination on the basis of handicap.
Permits consideration of a handicapped condition (1) where the health of the handicapped individual or fellow employees may be endangered and (2) with respect to employee benefit plans.
