A bill to amend section 2 of the Act of June 30, 1954, as amended, providing for the continuance of civil government for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.

Authorizes the appropriation of $86,625,000 for the civil government for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, of which $13,515,000 shall be appropriated for the Government of the Northern Mariana Islands until that Government becomes a commonwealth.
