A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to provide that in the case of an individual residing in the household of a relative, support and maintenance furnished in kind to such individual by such relative shall be excluded from income and shall not cause a reduction in benefits.

Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to provide that in the case of any individual (and his eligible spouse, if any) living in the household of a relative, any support and maintenance furnished in kind to such individual by such relative shall be excluded from income for the purpose of establishing the amount of benefits.
