Equal Educational Opportunity Amendments

Equal Educational Opportunities Amendments - Amends the Equal Educational Opportunity Act of 1974 to prohibit any court from ordering busing as a remedy under such Act unless the court determines that a discriminatory purpose was a motivating factor of the school officials.

Prohibits any court from otherwise abridging the right of a child to attend the school nearest his home except with regard to special education of handicapped children.
