A bill to amend section 2 of the Act of June 30, 1954, providing for the continuance of civil government for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands.

Authorize appropriations for fiscal year 1978 of $108,862,000 for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands of which $13,515,000 is designated for the government of the Northern Mariana Islands.

Authorizes $95,000,000 to be appropriated for fiscal year 1979, and $90,000,000 for fiscal year 1980. Authorizes $6,000,000 to be appropriated for the construction required for a four year college to serve the Micronesian community.

Eliminates the yearly adjustment for inflation in authorizations made for the Trust Territory.
