A resolution authorizing establishment of an Ad Hoc Select Committee on the Outer Continental Shelf for consideration of H.R. 1614.

Establishes an Ad Hoc Select Committee on the Outer Continental Shelf to consider and report to the House of Representatives on the bill H.R. 1614 and on any related bill or matter. Terminates the Committee upon completion of the legislative process with respect to all legislation reported by the Committee. Makes this Resolution effective January 3, 1977.
