A resolution to establish the House Employees Medical Disability and Maternity Benefits Fund.

Establishes in the House of Representatives the House Employees Medical Disability and Maternity Benefits Fund.

Sets forth eligibility requirements for receiving leave and benefits under the Fund. States the amount to which House employees will be entitled under the Fund.

Requires the Committee to contract with qualified insurance carriers, establish plans for long-term disability benefits; and to prescribe rules relating to benefits under such plans.

Directs the Committee to promulgate regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
