A resolution authorizing payments from the contingent fund.

Authorizes the Committee Chairman or the ranking majority member of a committee of the House at the close of the 94th Congress to authorize payments from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives for the payment of any continuing expense incurred by such committee following the reestablishment of such Committee in the 95th Congress. Specifies that this authorization becomes ineffective on the date of the election of the chairman of the committee involved in the 95 Congress.
