Resolution directing the Architect of the Capitol to study the feasibility of using solar energy in certain House office buildings.

Directs the Architect of the Capitol to conduct a feasibility study of the possible use of solar energy in connection with the operation of the House Office Buildings.

Stipulates that the expenses of the Architect under the resolution, not to exceed $50,000, shall be paid from the contingent fund of the House.
