Resolution relating to use of funds made available for district office space for Members of the House of Representatives.

Prohibits the Clerk of the House from making any disbursements from the contingent fund on behalf of a Member, pursuant to H. Res. 687 (95th Congress), except to defray the cost of leasing office space in such Member's district. Stipulates that unused funds available for such purpose shall not be transferred to any other allowance, and shall revert to the Treasury.
