Resolution to allow any attorney employed or retained by the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to take the deposition of any person for the purpose of conducting any inquiry or investigation pursuant to House Resolution 252.

Amends House Resolution 252 to authorize the House Committee on Standards of Official Conduct to require the attendance and testimony of any person at the taking of a deposition by any attorney retained by the Committee for the purpose of conducting inquiries with respect to the acceptance of gifts by Members of the House, their associates, or immediate families from the Government of Korea.
