Resolution providing that the Congress move expeditiously to resolve pending issues regarding national telecommunications policy.

States that Congress should expeditiously determine the future telecommunications policy of this Nation. Requests the Federal Communications Commission to defer implementation of any further new telecommunications policies until Congress has completed its study on the matter and determined what such future policy should be.
