Resolution to provide for a procedural and financial review of the financial services offered to Members of the House of Representatives by the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms.

Directs the Commission on Administrative Review to investigate the financial services, known as the "House Bank," offered to Members of the House of Representatives by the Office of the Sergeant at Arms to determine if such services are pursuant to public law and the Rules of the House of Representatives.
