Resolution to establish an ad hoc Committee on Welfare Reform for the purpose of studying the problems which arise in the interaction of programs dealing with welfare benefits and of formulating new legislation to restructure the present welfare system in light of such problems.

Establishes within the House of Representatives an Ad Hoc Committee on Welfare Reform to: (1) study any problems which exist in the interaction of present benefit programs; (2) formulate legislation to resolve such problems; (3) study the system used by the House to refer proposed welfare legislation to committees; and (4) study whether there is a need in the House for a standing committee to handle such legislation.
