Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to create a standing committee to be known as the Committee on Health.

Amends rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives to establish responsibility for investigating health measures generally, health facilities, health care programs, national health insurance, public health and quarantine, and biomedical research and development.
