Resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to the missing in action in Southeast Asia and the Paris Agreement.

Declares it the sense of the House of Representatives (1) that the United States make every effort to insure compliance with the Paris Agreement and the Vientiane Agreement, and (2) that the President and the Secretary of State should take steps to determine the fate of U.S. servicemen and civilians missing in Southeast Asia.
