Summary

Declares that there shall be paid out of the contingent fund of the House such sums as may be necessary to enable the Committee on International Relations to facilitate the interchange and reception in the United States of members of foreign legislative bodies and officials of foreign governments.

Amends the Legislative Branch Appropriation Act, 1963, to increase the amount of funds available for such purpose.
