Resolution amending clause 6 of rule X of the Rules of the House of Representatives with respect to the election of the chairmen of standing committees of the House.

Amends the Rules of the House of Representatives to provide that, except with respect to any Member who was chairman of any standing committee of the House at any time during the Ninety-fifth Congress, no Member may serve as the chairman of the same standing committee for more than four Congresses.
