Resolution establishing a select committee to investigate all acts of the Government of the Republic of Korea, or of persons representing Korean business interests, to influence Members of the House of Representatives or officers or employees of the Federal Government or State governments.

Establishes a 12-member select committee in the House of Representatives to conduct an investigation of all acts of any agency, official, employee, or agent of the Government of the Republic of Korea or any representative of a business interest carried on in such Republic to influence any present or former Member of the House or employee of the Federal or a State government in his or her official capacity through the giving of gifts.
