Resolution requiring the inclusion of units of the metric system of measurement in all bills, resolutions, amendments, and committee reports which contain references to units of weights and measures.

Requires that units of weights and measures contained in all House bills, resolutions, and amendments, and in all committee reports, be expressed in units of the metric system as either the sole or as an alternative unit of measurement.
