Directs the Architect of the Capitol to conduct a feasibility study of using solar energy in certain House Office Buildings.
Authorizes the House Committee on Public Works and Transportation to incur expenses for studies and investigations to carry out this resolution in support of the Architect, to be paid out of the contingent fund of the House.
