Authorizes the expenditure of funds not to exceed $1,900,000 from the contingent fund of the House of Representatives for the expenses of investigations and studies to be conducted by the Committee on Education and Labor.
Directs that of such amount $150,000 shall be made available for each of the eight standing subcommittees, $50,000 may be used to procure consultants' services, and $3,000 may be used to provide for specialized training of staff personnel.
States that the authorization granted by this resolution expires prior to noon on January 3, 1978.
