Resolution to require approval by the House of Representatives with respect to the fixing or adjustment of certain allowances for Members of the House.

Requires any proposal by the Committee on House Administration of the House of Representatives to fix or adjust any allowance payable out of the House contingency fund for Members of Congress to be submitted to the entire House for approval by resolution.
