Establishes a 12-Member select committee in the House of Representatives to conduct an investigation of all acts of any agency, official, employee, or agent of the Government of the Republic of Korea on any representative of a business interest carried on in such Republic to influence any present or former Member of the House in his or her official capacity through bribery, campaign contributions, gift giving or otherwise.
Requires the select committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress the results of any investigation, together with such recommendations it deems advisable.
