Resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to reestablish the Committee on Internal Security.

Establishes within the House of Representatives, pursuant to the Rules of the House of Representatives, a standing Committee on Internal Security to investigate and report on Communist and other subversive activities affecting the internal security of the United States, including activities aimed at overthrowing or altering the form of government in the United States by unlawful means or which incite or employ violence or any unlawful means to obstruct the lawful authority of the Government.
