A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill H.R. 13471 to strengthen the supervisory authority of Federal agencies which regulate depository institutions, to prohibit interlocking management and director relationships between financial institutions, to amend the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, to restrict conflicts of interest involving officials of financial supervisory agencies, to control the sale of insured financial institutions, to regulate the use of correspondence accounts, to establish a Federal Bank Examination Council, and for other purposes.
