Requires the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence to investigate all aspects of the involvement of the Central Intelligence Agency in the civil war in Angola during 1975 and 1976 including any illegal activities by the Agency in the United States with respect to such involvement in Angola.
Sets forth certain activities to be considered by the Committee, including: (1) any illegal domestic propaganda campaign by the Agency, (2) whether perjured testimony was given by William F. Colby or Henry Kissinger, and (3) Agency recruitment of U.S. citizens for military service in Angola.
Requires the Committee to report its findings to the House before the adjournment of the 95th Congress.
