A resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives respecting travel by members and employees of committees of the House.

Amends rule XI of the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit a committee from paying a Member or employee of the committee for travel expenses incurred in the performance of official duties unless a statement is filed before and after the travel setting forth legislative objectives and proposed travel costs (first statement) and legislative objectives realization (second statement).
