A resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to provide that a committee cost estimate will not be required to be contained in a committee report if such report contains a cost estimate prepared by the Congressional Budget Office.

Amends rule XIII of the Rules of the House of Representatives to declare that a committee cost estimate, with respect to the cost of such legislation to affected parties, will not be required to be contained in a committee report if such report contains a cost estimate prepared by the Congressional Budget Office.
