A resolution expressing condemnation of the recent terrorist kidnapping of Aldo Moro.

Expresses the condemnation of the House of Representatives of the kidnapping of Aldo Moro.

Declares it the sense of the House of Representatives that (1) Italy deserves the support of the United States, and (2) the President should instruct the Permanent Representative to the United Nations to press for consideration of solutions to the problem of terrorism in all appropriate forums.
