Authorizes each Member of the House of Representatives to hire for four weeks each year two "senior citizen interns" who will serve either in the congressional district or District of Columbia offices of the Members.
Allots each Member of the House a gross annual allowance of $750 for payment to the interns. Requires that each intern be 65 years of age or older and a resident of the district which the employing Member represents.
