A bill to require the Secretary of the Army to acquire approximately 2,500 acres of land to be used to mitigate certain adverse impacts which will result from the St. Johns Bayou and New Madrid Floodway, Mo., flood protection project.

Directs the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Corps of Engineers, to acquire certain land to mitigate the adverse impact on fish and wildlife resources which will result from the Saint Johns Bayou and New Madrid Floodway, Missouri, flood control project.
