A bill to amend section 1662 of title 38, United States Code, to provide a restricted extension of the 10-year delimiting period relating to educational assistance payments in the case of eligible veterans who begin their educational programs prior to the expiration of such period.

Authorizes a two year extension of the delimiting period for any eligible veteran receiving or entitled to receive educational benefits from the Veterans' Administration for a continuation of the last program of education such veteran commenced but did not complete before the expiration of the normal ten-year period.
