A bill relating to certain Indian land claims in the State of New York.
State of New York Aboriginal Claims Act - Declares all aboriginal title or interest in lands or water in New York State which have been conveyed to be extinguished effective upon such conveyance. Limits relief for the wrongful conveyance of such interests to monetary damages. Provides the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York with exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate these claims.
