A bill to establish domestic livestock grazing fees on federally owned lands at fair market value.

Directs the Secretaries of Agriculture and of the Interior to establish the fair market value fee of $2.38 per animal unit month to be charged for domestic livestock grazing in those public lands and national forests under their respective jurisdictions in the eleven Western states.
