Directs the Secretary of Defense to place a plaque and a permanent display of medals, ribbons, and tributes of the Vietnam era on the crypt at the National Cemetery at Arlington, Virginia, reserved for an unknown American serviceman who lost his life in Southeast Asia.
Directs the Secretary to perform the duties required by this Act even though the remains of such serviceman have not yet been placed in the crypt.
