A bill to provide that certain employers contracting with the Federal Government may compute wages on the basis of a four-day workweek consisting of 10-hour workdays.

Amends the Work Hours Act of 1962 and the Walsh-Healey Act to permit specified government contractors to compute wages on the basis of either a four-day work week consisting of ten-hour workdays or a five-day work week consisting of eight-hour workdays.
