A bill to amend title 49, United States Code, relating to the payment of the cost of any inspection or quarantine service required to be performed by the Federal Government or any agency thereof at airports of entry or other places of inspection as a consequence of the operation of aircraft during regularly established hours of service on Sundays or holidays.
