A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, relating to the authority of the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to readjust the schedule of ratings for the disabilities of veterans.

Requires the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to submit any changes in the ratings of reductions in earning capacity due to service-connected disabilities to the Congress which shall have 90 days to disapprove the change or readjustment.
