Washington State Fishing and Hunting Equal Rights Act - Declares that the fishing and hunting laws and regulations of the State of Washington shall apply to Indians and Indian tribes (except on Indian reservations or on ceremonial occasions) in the same manner and to the same extent as such laws and regulations apply to other persons.
