A bill to reduce the gross compensation of U.S. executive directors and alternate directors of the international financial institutions to levels comparable with positions of similar responsibility within the U.S. Government.

Amends the Bretton Woods Agreements Act, the Inter-American Development Bank Act, and the Asian Development Bank Act to prohibit United States directors and alternate directors of specified international financial institutions from accepting compensation in excess of the rate of basic pay in effect for level IV of the Executive Schedule.
