A bill to amend the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Amends the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to postpone, until May 1, 1980, the effective date of the prohibition against a national securities exchange member's trading, on its own account or that of an associate, for those members who were members on May 1, 1975.
