Directs that, in every criminal action arising under Federal law, determination of whether any article is obscene, lewd, lascivious, or filthy be made unless the defendant has waived a jury trial, without comment by the court upon the weight of the evidence.
States that no court of the United States or of the District of Columbia shall have jurisdiction to review or set aside a jury finding with respect to obscenity in any criminal action arising under Federal law for the possession, sale, dissemination, or use of obscene materials. States that no Federal court shall have jurisdiction to review such a jury determination in any such State or local prosecution.
