A bill for the relief of Hannah Cunningham.

Relieves a certain individual of liability to the United States and orders the Secretary of the Treasury to repay such individual an amount equal to the total of any amounts withheld from such individual's pay by the United States for the purpose of recovering the indebtedness for which liability is hereby relieved.
