A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to exempt from determinations with respect to annual income payments made to member employees of State soldier's homes.

Exempts from determinations of annual income, for veterans' pension purposes, payments to member employees made by State soldier's homes which are qualified to receive assistance from the Veterans' Administration.
