A bill to establish an additional procedure for the reacquisition of U.S. citizenship by former U.S. citizens.

Sets forth a procedure by which any individual not less than 18 years of age, who is certified by the Secretary of State as a former United States citizen and who renounced or otherwise lost such citizenship except by revocation by the Government, may reacquire such citizenship.

States that any individual who reacquires U.S. citizenship under this Act shall have the status which such individual had before losing such citizenship.
