A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow the disclosure of the mailing address of a taxpayer for use in collecting certain unpaid student loans.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow the Secretary of the Treasury, upon request of the Commissioner of Education, to disclose the address of any individual taxpayer who has defaulted on certain student loans.

Allows the Commissioner to disclose the addresses to the appropriate educational institutions.
