Public Housing Security Act - Directs the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to monitor the planning and implementation of public housing construction, rehabilitation, or modernization projects to assure that crime prevention is taken into account in the design of such housing.
Directs the Secretary to make funds available for citizen crime prevention programs.
