A bill to amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 with respect to certain reporting and disclosure requirements.

Repeals the requirement under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act that certain annual financial statements be furnished to beneficiaries of and participants in employee benefit plans. Makes such information available upon request.
