Amends the Federal Meat Inspection Act to require that: (1) meat and meat food products made in whole or in part of imported meat be identified as imported; (2) such products be inspected in a manner prescribed by the Federal Meat Inspection Act in the country of origin before importation to the United States; (3) all imported live cattle be tested for brucellosis; (4) the Secretary of Agriculture conduct a study of the importation of live cattle into the United States; and (5) the importers of such meat and meat food products bear the costs of examination, inspection, and labeling.
